Sharia law will not be something we have to worry about here in the states in large doses. Men here are learning that they cannot act that way here and it is a hard lesson for them. Hell American men haven't learned to act right with women yet. Women are going to have continue to battle to get the respect they deserve. Not the respect a man says they deserve. American men are nothing compared to the way they treat women...go date one and see... I worked law firm, I'd seen some serious abuse, the attorney had to go to the hospital sometimes to talk to the female. 4 years at a dunkin donuts, I heard screaming, I looked outside, a Man was beating his girlfriend with everything his got fist and all. I ran out.. another guy got there before me, tried to pull him away from her, he knocked him down, then me and another person tackled him to the ground.... the woman was rushed to the hospital. I was called as an eye witness, what's bizzar that it all started becasue she got him a pack of cig that was soft box and he wanted her to go back and get the hard one but she refused. now for all of you kind people, I know we are not wife beaters, but I am just saying there are as much bad stories here. sounds like you want to be a muslim... more power to ya...there are wife beaters in every country, but muslim laws say it is okay... did you know that in saudi arabia, if a man catches his wife cheating, he can legally chop off her head? and they just passed that law about 6 years ago.... believe what you want, but the truth is out there more like I am after the truth.... I looked up what you said about Saudi Arabia Law, there is no such a law. |

Why is she a liar??? Many things happens in the name of the Islam. Beating, raping women is one of them. Not respecting people who thinks different. We are used in the free western world to say what you think about religions, politics etc.. Woman are not submissive in our world, we are equal to men. The same as they hate the Lesbian and Gay. For what??? Because they love their own kind? They are born with it and don't choose to be that way. In the Muslim world it is not imaginable to tell because they will be killed by their own family... And what about our free choise how to live, with whom, our constitutions wich they don't respect. So tell why is she a liar??? I live in Europe and we see here also daily the influence of the islam. I know that their are many Muslims who only want to live in peace but the men at the top, those are the dangerous one in the name of Allah and believe me, I speek a lot with Muslim men and women. Who are condamming what is happening in the name of Allah and the sharia. Nice lovely people, who only wants to live by their religion, like christians.... Read the Koran and you will see that it is explained in the way Muslim men at the top like... I lived in NY when I was little, in my neighbrohood and school there were lots of muslims, kids were just kids, but the adults were very nice people, and very loving... they just wanted to provide for their families and live in peace. when I go to the store and I am short a little, the owner would tell me don't worry about it and smiles. there is enough hatred in this world lets focus on Love, respect and Peace. Can't entice all the prejudice hateful feelings if you focus on the good in people now can you? The Muslims I have met have been peace loving and respectful too. Just becasue HERE they have love in their hearts does not mean across the ocean they are not quite the opposite. I too know Islamics and they came here to get away from the hate and prejudice. Do not hold the actions of people here to be the yardstick that guides policy. In their homelands anyone NOT of Islamic heritage and faith are punished harshly. Remember, America ENDS at our boarders. If you look up the population in countries like Egypt, Jordan , Syria , Lebanon, you’ll see that there is a large population of None- Muslims, including Christians and Jewish. I once met a Jewish man that owned a store in Manhattan he was born in Damascus Syria, which was surprising to me considering the conflict, he said there are lots of Jewish there, I asked how was it for them, he said it was very good, everybody else had to do the mandatory Army service except us, we had it made. |

you may have missed the instructional videos! How to beat your wife - on youtube http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=how+to+beat+your+wife&aq=f Looks like this is something best 'learned by doing' ... what a contribution to civilizaton ... Can't y' just hear sump'm along the lines of 'Eat all your falafel so you can grow up to be a big strong wifebeater like Daddy!' ... Hmm ... seems like this'd be a GREAT market for those funky 'wifebeater' T-shirts, too ... Sharia demands to "true Muslims", the woman not go out in public without ans escort. Muslim women are to marry only Muslim men. Marrying non-Muslims can result in death. again that's not ture.I lived in area that had lots of muslims when I was in ny, few of them were married to christians. my co-worker at my previous job also was christian married to a muslim. |

Wow, if it's on youtube that means it's true... specially if producing a clip like this is impossible with a cheap camera and few amateurs.

The subject of discussion is aspects of Sharia Law, not the religion or common people. Can we stay on track, please? we are on task,... Everything can be misinterpreted and altered…. The only way to know the truth is to go the source, |

In 2004, my ex and I and another couple went on a Mediterranean cruise, we spent one Day in a city called Latikiah in Syria, I was going to stay on the ship but my friend Steven really wanted to see the city, so we did, we were all confused and scared, but curios. We found a small restaurant so we went in for lunch, as we’re sitting waiting for our order, a man comes to us and asked if we are Americans, Steven said yes…. So the guy in his native tongue shouted something followed by what sounded like America, at that point I was thinking we are as good as Dead. Few minutes later another man comes in and asked the same thing, and then he started asking us about the food and the weather and all kind of stuff, his English was good but hard to understand… we told him that we are tourists and we are just here for few hours…. He asked if we have seen much of his city I said no, we don’t know Arabic and we cannot drive… but I would love to. He politely asked to leave, went and talked to the guy that took our order, then came back to us with a smile and said I am going to give you a tour of the city, come with me…. At that point I was saying my prayers…we stood up thinking we are hostages now…. he walked ahead of us to his car, which was yellow and had a Tax sign on it, he turned around with a smile said, my Name is Tarik, he opened the door for my wife while I sat shotgun. He first took us to the most beautiful restaurant I’ve ever seen, on the top of Hill viewing the Mediterranean sea, he was insulated when I tried to pay for lunch, after we realized that we not hostages I started talking, I learn that Tarik has a Master degree in engineering but cannot find a job so he’s taxi driver, Steven at one point told him that we thought we are taken as hostages, he said, we love Americans, but we don’t like bush and laughed. He took us on tour through the historic part of the city, and inside one of the castles that was used during the crusades After the tour,he asked if I like to meet his mother, I said sure, he took us to his very simple house, and introduced us to his wife who’s a teacher and his mother, they both had their hair covered but I can see their faces, the mother greeted us as if we were her children. as soon as we sat down food started coming, I told tarik we’re full, he said…you are our guests, you have to eat, Mom will take that as an insult… the sweet old woman didn’t speak any English but kept pointing to different food and talking in Arabic, and Tarik kept telling me, Mom wants you to try this then try this… my stomach was about to explode but the food was really good. Steven’s wife pointed out that she loves one of the sweets that was on the table, the Mother got up and came back with a bag full of that sweet and gave it to her. Tarik spent the entire day with us, took us to most historic places, took us to lunch, and his home and brought us back to this ship. he refused to take a penny from us, although I insisted, he said you are guests in my city, you are my guests… I told him he’ll be my guest when he visits US, he said it’s near impossible for him to get a visa. This was the best day of our cruise, we talked about everything that day, from Hotdogs to religion to politics, I learned a lot from Tarik that day, their history their culture, and their unconditional generosity. |

We're all Exes; people are people if they were good when you first met, what changed to make them bad?
The good people stay good, however sometimes bad circumstances that surrounds the break up can make things bad. |

Its only the fanatics who want this. Your average common-or-garden muslim wants nothing more than to procreate and live in peace. I mean, god forbid there should be a country who wants to impose its will on another group of people in the name of something!!!! I think the phrase kettles, pots and the colour black are something worth considering. All this hooting and hollering about "The sky is falling in" will only serve to exacerbate the situation. No, they want the rape, torture and mass murder of ALL infadels. I don't know where you guys come up with this stuff... if you really want to know the truth about Islam, go to any Mosque, before you start making statment like this. if you read the teaching of islam from its right source, you'll realize that core of it is base on Peace, peace within your self, within your family, within your neighborhood, within your city, within you country with the world the world regardless of religion, color or gender. |
