How long would you wait?

I was in a relationship for a year and a half. A year of that was spent
engaged. But I kept giving him the ring back saying that I knew he wasn't ready to get married, but he kept proposing over and over again. Sure enough, he told his mom last November that he wasn't ready to get married yet and he was just engaged to me because he didn't want to lose me. I gave him the ring back the final time in January and we were dating since then, but I know that I need more in my life than "maybe some day". My view is, if they don't know what they want and you do, then there's no sense in wasting your time. |

The problem I had with mate1.com was that it was free for women, but men
had to pay. So, you had a whole bunch of women on there and hardly any men. That's how my ex and I found each other, though. |

I met my ex on another dating website (mate1.com) and we had a good run.
It's just that we both want different things in life that just clash. With this site being so open and free, I think there's a better chance than other sites. I've already met a few nice people with just the few days I've been on here. Great place! |

I've been wondering about this. I want a family, even though I'm a bit
young. All of the guys my age are too immature for a family and I'm not the type to go out drinking for a fun time. Not my cup of tea. I've been meeting some guys on here who are 28-29 and I'm wondering if a 9 years difference is too much? I'm 20, by the way. |

newg79, I just wanted to say that I love that list of questions you
posted. I'm going to have to borrow those for this guy I met on here! |

In my last relationship, it was honesty, communication, sex, and time
together. He likes spending so much time playing video games instead of taking me out to do ANYTHING! |

I would like to point out that there are plenty of Pagans and Wiccans
out there, like myself, who do not worship the Christian/Jewish God. Also, a lot of Christian symbols (like the cross, Christmas tree, Easter bunny, and even the holidays themselves) have roots in Paganism. "Easter" comes from "Eastre" who was the Goddess of the East, dawn, and Spring. Even the birth of Christ was changed from the summer to the winter to take over the Pagan time of Yule- making it easier for Pagans of the time to convert to Christianity. To the OP, PLEASE do your research before posting a topic like this. I have nothing against Christianity, but I have spent quite a few years studying different religions and it is a hobby of mine. Bright Blessings! ~Motevia |
