Songs which remind me of the ex. Mainly Spanish ones but Crying Like a
Church on Monday by the New Radicals does it too.

Here's to The Night by Eve 6 too.

That's a tough one. I am a vegetarian, in the process of becoming vegan.
Not sure about all that raw vegan stuff though. Good luck with that.
Check out Peta2's website, they may be able to help you out. They're on
MySpace too, so if you have a MySpace add them as your friend and have
some of their friends help you out.

Ok. To any of you still reading this "thread?" He did not show up to
work today, which worries me. I did not however, try to contact him in
any way. I have finally come to terms with the fact that if he wants to,
he'll come to me. If not, me being all up on his _uts isn't gonna help
any. It may have seemed like all that happened was in the same while.
The reality is that it was all over the course of a few days. Anyhow.
Thanks to all of you for your comments, I will now sit and WAIT.

I sent him a message earlier saying good night and what's your favorite
candy bar. Is that ok?

Thanks. CatchMe. No, I get it. I am done with it. I know he's not
trippin' not now. I have decided to just wait and see what happens.
Night. (I work night shifts, so it is nap time.)

This is the first topic I ever post. I am just wondering though, what I
should do. There's this guy I like from work. We're friends and talk on
the phone on a regular basis. He went on vacation for a week and a half
and got back in Sunday though he didn't go to work till today. We kept
in touch through email. The last time I emailed him was on Sunday, to
tell him I heard that there were some crazy storms in Texas, which is
where he was vacationing, and to wish him a safe return home. Yesterday
he emailed me back with this:

Things are pretty tough right now Sam. To live is to die. It hurts
when you are reminded of this by firsthand experience. Needless to say,
I'm a bit down and out right now. If you should see me at work
tomorrow, no questions please. We'll catch up real soon. I promise
:)Talk to you soon Sam. -B

I replied with this:

I promise, no questions tomorrow. I hope you are coping with whatever it
is that life has hit you with this time. Good night. I would call you
but don't want to impose, so just call me when you can, yah?

At work this morning, I put a card in his mailbox pretty much just
telling him that I hope that whatever it is will get resolved soon. Also
that I wish there were something I could say or do and that if there is
to let me know. He sent me a text during his break, obviously, once he
got it. It read, "Ur too sweet Sam."

Now I am confused as to what, if anything, I should do. I want to talk
to him and be there for him, but don't want to smother him. It bugs to
know that he's going through some tough times which I can't seem to
help, you know? Any suggestions? Sorry to have made this so long?

There is no time for television in my world though if there was I doubt
I'd waste it watching soaps. There is enough crazyness in the real world
as it is without going and fabricating any more. Just my opinion though.

Now it is Santana's Europa. I'm trying to learn to play this song on the
guitar too. Kind of complicated, anyhow. Have a chill day y'all.

It's a Spanish song. La Célula Que Explota, by Caifanes. Great stuff.

wonder, is it the STRIVE act that y'all are commenting on? if so, this
bill would criminalize "illegals", both current and future. it would
give birth to a new "bracero" program. it would militarize the borders,
and increase funds to create more detention centers.

i wonder if this bill is passed, who will pick your produce? who will
clean your homes? who will perform the duties that the natives shun
upon?

around the globe. in the states, in africa, everywhere. farmers are
being paid off to not grow crops to keep prices up. tons of food is
being dumped into the sea to keep prices up. businesses are outsourcing,
to keep costs of production down and profits up, makes sense. you gotta
compete, right? at whose expense though? read up on nafta. theoretically
speaking, it is good though once executed, not so much.

pharmaceutical companies don't think of the PERSONS who these medicines
will be dispensed to, they just think of the money to be made. still,
the medicines are being produced in the states, mexico, canada, europe,
the list goes on.

Do away with capitalism. For the first time in the history of mankind,
there is enough being produced to feed the entire population of the
world and enough to give medical attention to all those in need. Yet,
there are still people starving and children dying due to the fact that
their parents can't afford to get them the proper vaccination.

The means of production are owned by a few, yet production is only
possible thanks to the working class, pretty much everyone else. The
working class needs to unite and open their eyes to the reality of how
much power they hold, which is much when united.

I agree though, that the first step would be to offer free coffee in the
workplace, fair-trade.

Where to in CA were you thinking of? San Diego is wicked expensive but
considering the weather and outdoor activities, it is hard to think of
calling any other place home. Girls are ok, princesses- if you ask me.
