Ummmm don't forget to pay that ticket...like someone here did...they
issue a warrant for your arrest, and a stiffer fine. I got stopped one
morning going to work, just got home from my Mom's funeral, heard a song
that made me weepy..and got stopped. He was nice, just gave me a ticket
for no seatbelt. well...in the event of everything else going on..I did
forget to pay the thing. When I went to renew my license, they said they
couldn't..and they gave me a number to call, I called and they asked if
I had recieved a ticket the past few months..I said no..I haven't gotten
any speeding tickets or anything..then it dawned on me..that dern
seatbelt ticket. Went to the courthouse..and they had a warrant for my
arrest..I was like omg!!!! Anyway..got it taken care of..but man....so
please don't forget to pay the ticket..

I would think that you would rather hear about their past...then it
helps you understand some of their feelings, or their issues, or why
they think the way they do. Everyone has "baggage"..but I don't
necessarily call it baggage, I call it life experiences. Everything in
my past is part of who I am today, and it can be interesting to hear
some of it..and hurtful other times. But you can't expect someone to
walk in your door and just be perfect, and forget yesterday on
back..that just doesn't happen. If you love them, you will love
everything about them.

Hi pkh...I'm kind of new here too and hardly ever talk too much. I know
how you feel, and it is hard to start talking and everyone ignores
anything you say. Hang in there, maybe..just maybe...it will get
better.

Being alone the rest of my life...I can't see any one else ever wanting
to be with me. Plus, I can't stand snakes, or crawly things. The fear
of never proving certain things that need to be done.

Police--very nervous around them anymore..my late husband used to be a
cop and they were ok then, but now..I can't stand to be anywhere near
them. Plus...I'm terribly shy around everyone, until I get to know
them..then they can't believe I was ever shy.lol

I am nervous around any man anymore...It's been years since I've done
the dating scene..and it's hard to think about another one. Took me 24
yrs to break in the last one....

I have to agree with oldsage..I've been through both also. My first
husband was very abusive and I went through alot till my son turned
18..but..even the hell I went through I wouldn't wish him dead. Still
can't stand my ex but he's not my problem anymore. We can at least be
civil to each other now, so that's an accomplishment. But when I lost my
beloved 2nd husband, that tore my heart and soul right out. I would
rather experience divorce than death.

When people come up to me constantly and say..I'm so sorry..are you ok?
Is there anything I can do?....Yes,..there's alot you can do, but that's
beside the point....so I just say I'm fine, thank you.

I love the dark, with a few candles lit...and outside, the darker the
better because you can lay there and just gaze at the stars, and listen
to the waves splashing...it's so relaxing
