mine were installed at 500.00 per window for top of the line insulated e glass vinyl...that was about 5 years ago...i did alot of shopping and believe me when i say all windows are not created equally...especially if you live in a northern climate be sure the frames are insulated...and of course check he qualifications of the installer...get references...if installed improperly it can cause pretty serious structural damage if things are not properly sealed.

actually the area im in stayed dry...im in a 3 story building...i can always go upstairs if the water gets too deep lol

i will stay right here for the next katrina...as a shop owner i will stay behind to gaurd my shop against looters.

everything thats needed here is within walking distance...parking is a nightmare...vandalism rampant...ive had a car usually more than one at a time for the past 25 years...and actually still have 2 back where i came from...parking here costs as much as an apartment in many places..i just decided it wasnt worth it for now.

is it that a person you would consider dating have a car...after recently moving to new orleans and realizing what a hassle it is to find parking in the french quarter i decided to sell my vehicle and get a bicycle instead...just curious how much that will matter...not that im gettin any dates anyways lol

a couple of weeks ago i had a guy walk into my shop tryin to sell me a cd case full of cds...the twist was i recognized it as a case of my own cds that were taken from my van...wasnt a good day for that thief...

its been forever since ive been online but i should be a regular once again...just to update you ive moved to new orleans to further study music...and ive opened a jewelry shop here....called STONEKEEPERS (of course) lol..things are going well...buisness is somewhat slow but getting better every day...learning lots about music and doin what i do...life is good and im doing well...ill be online regularly once again and look forward to getting in touch with old friends...and still hopeful to find my special someone....hopefully this finds yall well....dont be afraid to say hi:)

since ive had time to hang around here much...lifes gotten so busy as of late...im preparing to move to minneapolis very soon to open the first in a nationwide chain of a new buisnesses that holds the promise of going like wild fire...since its my baby and i will be the ceo... my life has been filled with buisness meetings ...planning...dealing with investors ..lookin for commercial space...adopting policies...and writing articles of incorperation...my deadline is coming fast as weve chosen march 13th as our date to open our first location...and as soon thereafter as possible and gaining speed as we go...on to chicago...detroit..nyc...taking over all major cities in as fast of rapid sucsession as is possibly...in a sense its kinda scary unleashing a beast that you know is far beyond your ability to control...yet the beast churns inside anyways...and as things come together and materialize life is going to become both extremely busy and exciting...the buisness is that of a fun theme and my lifes passion...so good times are on the very near horizon...hi old friends... as life calms in the months ahead i hope to have more time to better keep in touch...take care yall...ill be coming to a major city near you soon.
