The only opinions that should matter are yours and the one you are with. I will say, however, that I couldn't wrap my head around dating anyone younger until the past 7 months. The guy I am currently seeing is 7 years younger. It really shouldn't have mattered but it did ... and I turned down really great guys in the past because of my own hangups. And here's to you, Mrs. Robinson... He's almost 40 ... would I need a 20 year old to be a Mrs. Robinson?  |

Just as an fyi. I am single, but I won't look at a profile without a picture. I like to kind of get an idea of what the person looks like when I am chatting with them in the forums But what about those who post pics of themselves from ten or twenty years ago.  That happened to me once. He was 42 when he made the date with me ... and 63 when he arrived 2 days later at the restaurant. He somehow believed that the 'OVERWHELMING MAGNETIC ATTRACTION AND CHEMISTRY' would distract me from this fact. Uhhhhh ... not so much ...
