I like BRMC, got the album Baby81 (I think that's the title) on CD. It's good.
For something with a bit more bite, try the debut album from Vektor, Black Future: http://heavyartillery.us/HA55012/ Some long demo's, long enough to decide if you like it or not. It's one of the best thrash releases I've heard in a while. Oh, and don't be a complete leech, if you like it, buy it! Show some support for the bands you like. |

First, try this uninstall tool. trust me, it's better than Windows Add and Remove:
http://www.revouninstaller.com/ Highlight the program you want to uninstall, in your case; Security Tool. From the Revo tool bar, click; Uninstall. This will now backup your registry, create a System Restore point and then start the program's own uninstaller. Once the program's own uninstaller has finished it's task, Revo should now search for leftover junk in the system files and registry. If it finds anything, and it usually does, it will list these items in a tree like structure, same deal as Windows. Check the boxes next to the Bolded items.. ONLY the BOLDED items! Checking the top of each tree branch will check all the boxes below it until it reaches a new branch. Follow this list to the bottom and then click Delete. Any leftover files and folders should now be scnned for, anything found can be deleted. _____________________________________________________ If this fails and you have an infection, please try this, which I posted in another topic.. it's a copy/paste: --------------------- Download, Install, Update then Run: http://www.malwarebytes.org/ (Save any logs, you may need them later). and http://www.superantispyware.com/ (Again, save logs, if any). Both free versions will catch most malware infections. Update your antivirus of choice and run it. For me, it's AVG free. Make sure you have a proper firewall installed. If you're using Windows, don't rely on Windows Firewall, it leaks. Important if you have a malware infection. Use whatever you prefer, I use ZoneAlarm free. Depending on the infection, you may have trouble installing or updating some security tools. Some will block updates or switching on a firewall. One I had refused to let me install Microsoft Security Essentials. If you still have problems, visit this site and follow their instructions: http://forums.maddoktor2.com/index.php?showtopic=9590 (They will probably request logs if you post and ask for advice, so make sure you've saved them from the scans you run). If you are offered advice and guidance, stick with it and Don't cross post the same problem to different boards/forums.. all this does is confuse the issues and wastes peoples time. Good luck! |

A personal fave of mine, Chuck Schuldiner, RIP. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chuck_Schuldiner . He formed the band Death, and then went on to form, Control Denied before he died in December 2001 of brain stem cancer. He is credited as one of the founding creators of Death Metal, although this is still strongly debated to this day. Most genres evolve over time, later being tagged with a genre label. Scavenger of Human Sorrow: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35oWoTzXYOA from the album, The Sound of Perseverance. I don't expect it to be to everyones taste.. But this is a personal fav of mine and although more progressive than some of their earlier albums I just love the drums the guitar work and lyrics. The whole album is the nuts. Ahh.. you must check out the YouTube track I posted, if you haven't already. Death Metal and Thrash are my main genres of music. Really into Misery Index at the mo.. although I can highly recommend, Vektor - Black Future: http://heavyartillery.us/HA55012/ . Loooong demo's from the album. Best thrash band in a long time. |

I'm Zetan aka Chris.. how ya'll doing?
A little about me: I work and live in the UK as an electrician. I own a small metal, rock, alternative music forum / website. I'm also tech support member of another site which develops portal software for a well known forum brand. Other interests are graphic design, DJing, collecting metal, death metal and other obscure genres of music. Cycling, reading, xwords. Don't watch any TV! Gig's, moshpits.. I like girls too :P Some current bands in rotation on my iPod: Venomous Concept Sylosis Daath Goreinhaled Bolt Thrower (always there somewhere) Gojira Origin Krisiun Hail of Bullets Biffy Clyro (Had to have one alt band :P ) Carcass Fleshgod Apocalypse (Debut album on order) Well, that's enough about me. megadeth anyone?

there's far better bands than Megadeth, but I do love their albums, mostly. We see them last year (year before?) on their Gigantour with their new guitarist, Chris Broderick, who was in a band called Jag Panzer. Great guitarist, fits in well with Megadeth, looks the part on stage and as a band they were tight as all hell.
Fav albums: "Peace Sells".., "Rust in Peace" and, "So far, So good.. So What" (probably their most underated album). Didn't think much of United Abominations, but I'm looking forward to the new album with Chris. |
