Excellent Job. My personal opinion is you don't want to be 140, thats way too little. Look at me, I am almost 175 Lbs and only one inch taller than you, and I don't look fat or anything. I would advice to go down to 155 (no less) and build some muscle in the process. What is your goal, just to be skinny or to be fit with some muscle?
