If you lived in AZ and you shot a dog for barking leashed or unleased they would throw you in jail with a big felony charge, and I agree with that You should be charged with a big time felony!!!!! Yes and if you murder someone in that State they send you to jail for almost 2 years--

I take it Keith that you are against people owning guns, or something. I never said I would shoot the owner, or another person (although if I am being attacked by a person, yes it would be a possible option). I garuntee you I have received more intensive firearms safety than the average citizen, and I am an adamant enforcer of gun control and firearm safety. I personally do not believe in the average citizen being able to own a hand gun, only shot guns and rifles, but that is my opinion, and I have very good reasons for such. but as I have said, when the dog is attacking, you have to defend first. And when the dog is half your size and attacking, nine out of ten times it is going to require violence in some form to handle the dog, if the owner refuses or is incapable of handling the dog themself. AS someone pointed out, dogs are natural killers, even the tiniest and cutest of them. \ If the cats get into my garbage, hell yes I will shoot them (and I normally keep a couple cats myself; landlord wont let me though  ). And cats can be just as dangerous as dogs to a child. I know this from first hand experience.
Do cats come over into your yard? If so are you going to shoot them as well..go over and give the dog owner a SLAP its not the dogs fault its the owners....jmo
