The rain is falling softly under a cloudy, winter sky.
The trees are barren, leaves litter the frosty ground. The orchard done for the year, waits for the spring. A man in uniform is holding a woman tightly in his arms. Impervious to the frigid rain, and blustery wind. He stands holding his love, finally away from the storm. The many miles he traveled to be here seemed like an eternity.
