I'm down to 94 pounds from around 118 a year ago. I guess the stress I'm going through with my 2 older kids is what is doing it to me. Yep, stress will do that to ya. We need to fatten you up some ((((Grey)))). It's no wonder you were sick with the pneumonia a while back. All that stress had taken it's toll on you. |

not sure if it's sheer willpower or the want/motivation to quit because of having the sh*t scared out of me about my health. Maybe both. But I had a co-worker as me the other day....if the tests all came back OK about my heart if I would go back to smoking. I told her NO because I really don't miss it or have a great desire to smoke. Not to mention the money I've saved. Think, I'll buy me something special with that money I've saved......Music and Sage know what it is I want to buy. |

hey (((Grey))), yeah I quit smoking a month ago when they scared the sh*t out of me about my EKG being abnormal, then having to see the Cardiologist every week to get all those tests done. Just quit cold turkey!!!! Music is there at Sage's for a big confernece in Omaha. |

The online community has mobilized a generation ...several generations really...The ability to exchange ideas, enlighten one another, to fight the Power that represses you, to find support....etc..is truly awesome. squandering this... is .....dis-heartening .... sounds like my kinda party!!!!!! sh*t, I've been having an economic break down of my own for the past 4 years (even before it hit the rest of the country) so it's not really effecting me all that much, right now. Let's see what happens after the first of the year

thanks for the coffee (((flame))). I'm doing well with the no smoking. It's been over a month now. Still chewing the cinnamon gum when necessary, but doesn't seem quite as often now. Although, when I went to have that test done the other day at the hopsital.....they weighed me.....I've gained 5 pounds in the past month since I quit smoking. Not good....but I will remedy that soon!!!! |

Make the Holidays Go Away

the holidays for me this year are work, work, work and I do mean every holiday from Thanksgiving to New Years Eve. I guess in a way that is good because (like grey) from Thanksgiving to the first of the year I get so damned depressed. It was around that time that my son passed away. Last year it wasn't so bad because I did have someone in my life. This year, I'm not sure because there is no significant other....but we shall see how it fairs.
