Do you have to do another one? Nope, no more tests. I don't have to go back to see the cardiologist for 6 months and that just for an EKG and echocardiogram. A stress test in a year. |

we have thanksgiving in Nov. that's when they have Black Friday....the biggest shopping day of the year for Christmas. Although I'm not sure how great it will be this year with the economy being so slow. Heck, I started my shopping at flea markets and thrift stores this year. Call me cheap, call it whatever you want but when money is tight you do what you can do.

I was dating this guy for a few weeks and things seemed to be going well. We spent quite a bit of time together and did alot of talking. Well somehow we got on the subject yesterday about my nephew who is gay and I said he more than likely will he will be the end of the family name (notice I said more than likely!). Well this got him to thinking and he is the last of the family name as well. So he texts me last night telling me he got to thinking about this and can't see me anymore because he wants kids (he is 47 and too old to have kids in my opinion). But I thought it was beyond tacky how he went about this and that he should have been a real man and called to discuss this with me. I myself will call a guy and tell him exactly why I don't want to see him anymore because I think it's the right thing to do. What is everyone's take on this? I agree it was a bit tacky, but he did come out with the truth. I would have much preferred he had talked about it either by phone or in person. |

Just got back from the cemetary walk they had next door....yeah...yeah....I know it sounds creepy and all that I live next door to a cemetary but it't not that bad, at least I don't have to worry about any disturbances from the neighbors
But they have this discovery walk every year, put on by the museum of history, with live actors who tell of their story of how, why and what accomplishments they made to this city and the county. It's really very interesting for those of you into history. wasn't sure if I was going to be able to do the walk because of finances...but from somewhere there were about 5 tickets donated, so the curator from the museum came knocking on the door at noon and asked if my room mates and I would be interested in going on the walk with the free tickets..........heck yeah I jumped on it. |

Thats great, about time you had a week end off. Now all you have to do is try and relax some and have some fun. I hear that.....would love to do the history/cemetary walking tour they have going on at the cemetary this weekend but I'm a little broke til payday. I'll send you the link to it. It's actually very interesting. |
