Where I work, a woman is our boss. Human Resource Dept is 6 women under a woman who reports directly to the Company's Director. The Customer Service Dept is run by a woman and about 8 others with one man and about three doing the work outside in the rain. The acounts Dept is women. The Auditing Dept is women. the Financial Dept is women. the Public Relations Dept is women. Purchasing Dept is women. And so forth etc.
