That's so hard.. I have someone I should have fired ages ago, but she's 1/2 ok and well besides hating to fire I just don't have the time to interview and go through that whole process... Nor do I like to which is probably the bigger part of it...

That's so hard.. I have someone I should have fired ages ago, but she's 1/2 ok and well besides hating to fire I just don't have the time to interview and go through that whole process... Nor do I like to which is probably the bigger part of it... It is tough, no question about that Especially now that good work is very hard to find I just got a call from the Corporate Big Wig, now I have to do a presentation in front of 1500 people about my store!!!! UGH!!!!! |
