I like firing the people that deserve it I have trouble with the one's that are good but have had to downsize...Had one yesterday that really bothered me all day long...Great guy and dedicated employee, but I could no longer justify his wage to his production...Had to do it |

That's so hard.. I have someone I should have fired ages ago, but she's 1/2 ok and well besides hating to fire I just don't have the time to interview and go through that whole process... Nor do I like to which is probably the bigger part of it...
It is tough, no question about that Especially now that good work is very hard to find I just got a call from the Corporate Big Wig, now I have to do a presentation in front of 1500 people about my store!!!! UGH!!!!! |
