I will make a first move if a guy gives me some kind of sign... smile, wink, staring at me... that kind of thing, I will walk over and say hello if he's to chicken to come talk to me
but if he hasn't shown me any interest, I usually don't go talk to them

I have absolutely no problem with making the first move. Sadly, I've been told that some guys don't like that....makes them feel emasculated. Go figure.

it's really not that difficult, a friendly hello, a reason why your approaching her (compliment), overhead her comment etc... just try for friendly not desperate jmo
