I guess it all depends on the size of the organization. I work in health care and it's absolutely possible to date someone within my organization and not interact with them regarding business at all. Now if you're working in the same office, in each other's face all the time, that's a no no. I had a situation like that many years ago and not only did we work together but I had to delegate work to him at times. When we broke up it got pretty nasty!

I have absolutely no problem with making the first move. Sadly, I've been told that some guys don't like that....makes them feel emasculated. Go figure. Can't win for losing in the dating game people.
