maybe a man can answer this one for me...
a man tells you that they want you to be more aggressive and they not have to be the one to initiate things all the time. so you start initiating then they turn you away everytime as if it turns them off. what's up with that? |

Sounds to me like he falls under the "controller" type. A guy behaving that way perceives the woman not being interested and, of course, complains about it. When a woman caught in that situation initiates the love making, he gets to "deprive" her, hence, maintaining his "control". I'll add that I'm thinking a guy like this also is demeaning ("you can't do anything right") and makes all the decisions for the couple.
Many women have been raised to expect the man to initiate making love. A man who truly wants more intitiation on the part of the woman should discuss the matter with her, then readily accept her overtures when she initiates things. Any other reaction is all about "control". Run from a guy like that as fast as you can! |
