I have never posted anything here before but looking for a bit of
advice...or comments...so here goes...
I have been talking to someone on this site for about a month or
so....He calls every day on the phone. Sounds real sexy, btw...and is
wanting to meet...I would love to meet him...but ya hear so much about
the bad people on the net...it makes me leary.....By the way...since we
have been talking..he has since left this site....saying he didn't want
to be on it any more. Do any of you know of him or anything about
him..his id was jon55bnice?

Hummm go with your heart girl been there done that and meet them even
had too fly to get to them. And hell I'm still here and they were very
nice. Not all are bad just watch out for the red flags if it don't feel
right then possiblity its not. Find out all the info you can on them.
But are you meeting them in town or have to go out of town? If in town
make it a public place the coffee shops Starbucks are good for first
time don't make any plans afterwards unless it's for a second date
another day that way it gives you time to think about the first meeting.
Take the time and just sit and talk. After the first meeting you will
know if you want to meet them again or not.

Well, my heart and my instincts says...Go for it...lol

And yes...always in a public place for first meeting..

1. YES...Do meet, but meet in a PUBLIC place.

2. Take your own car to the meeting and NEVER get into his car or let
him in yours.

3. Keep the 1st date simple and be prepared to pay your own way.

4. NEVER give out your address until you are comfortable enough with him
and know him, much better.

well, it sounds like interesting for me. just go for it. but public and
don't need to bring pepper spray. :)

Well, I don't know much thing about love, but right now, I start to
realize sometimes I need God to show me the way. Maybe you can pray to
the God and let him lead you to get a good one, just wish you and him
have a happiness. Living lonely is not good, get someone now when you
can.

I say yes.. meet him, but like the others, in a public place. And make
sure you let someone know where your going. Keep your cell phone handy
incase you need a quick get away.

If the date is going really BAD....Trick I always used is excuse myself
to the bathroom, call my daughter. Have her call me in 5 mintues. Go
back to the table, when the phone rings act like its an emergency and
get out of there *S*
