I have watched and debated in threads in this forum and I've noticed some people lump everyone together. Whether it's something that happened in the past by a certain sect or because of a sect acting one way.

As for me...I'm a christian but I don't force my views on others or think others are wrong for what they believe. I was brought up to believe to respect others. I, for one, don't like being lumped in with those that do push their views or from what some have done in the past.

No one is perfect and unless you are...please don't cast stones on others.

having a debate and discussing views is great and that is how we learn about ourselves and others.

Some people just feel comfortable with labels and to categorize others. Mostly, this tends to be judging, in my opinion. But if it makes people feel better, sophomoric though it is.... I say let'm do it in the privacy of their own "widdle" heads!

At times I have noticed that when some lump them together it is just a figure of speach. Not really taken the time to re-read what they post before hitting the Post Topic button. They should always read what they have wrote and think about how it would make them feel if some one else posted the same situation.

As far as I know there is no one that is perfect and never will be. Just because a member of the opposite sex did something wrong. One can not just assume they will all do it. We are all different and no two people are completely alike.

To assume anything of another on ones own is a shallow way of looking at life and others.
