Ive met 2 ...
The first one is the reason for these fears you list... holy cow..made me re think my instincts.. boy was I off on that one... The other is a wonderful person, and exactly who he portrayed himself as online...he is still a dear friend.. like one of my brothers, love him to death |

i dont worry about things..it just makes u get old faster...
i dont know maybe its cuz i've been meeting people off line and off phone chat lines for about a year and a half now |

I'm not scared to meet anyone online.. they're all just so far away.. of course if I were to do the traveling.. irad8you would be my first pick.. most definitely
 I just want to bring a smile and a good laugh to him in person! Okay.. and a hug, a little wrestling, taste his kiss and put to good use; our snuggling skills

I always do the drivers license thing....make sure the person has nothing to hide. Then, I go in the ladies room and text someone and let them know where I am and the guys name...just in case of axe murderers....

actually I have become friends with a guy on here who lives near me. We are gonna do something Saturday after work. Just friends, though, but he is a wonderful person and a great friend.
He showed me his driver's license without me asking. |

I met a girl who turned out to be an arsonist....that makes you think....and later she got in trouble for stealing clothes from where she worked....

a guy i met off another dating site is picking me up at walmart on friday and were going out...after grabbing coffee in the dunkin donuts at walmart...i dont feel the need to do a backround check on him...

ever scared of meeting someone online? like not knowing if there a mass murder or something lol.. so im always nervous i might end up talking to the wrong one and meeting the wrong one..Crosses fingers i dont *oh yeah i did talk to this really sweet guy today-exchanged e-mails addy and im looking forward to more convos bad part he lives soo far away!* Ummmm.... Karmafury is flying 6000 miles, from Canada to Australia....how far is too far way? And scared??? nah....

Well, when I meet someone from online, I do it at a public place. I never give out my phone number either. Not until after meeting and decided if I want to get to know the person more.

I've met a few off the internet. One was a friend from nyc and it was fun. The other was a girl I was gonna date and we met and after one hang out we never did it again (her perogative not mine). I do get nervous about it, but I usually try and know the person well before I do it and at least talk on the phone a bit.
