To me a relationship is based on trust. So why is that people who admitidly have trust issues try to get into a serious relationship?
Now at first I was dumb and thought that after a while i could get her to trust me. But as everyone learns trust issues do not go away when people are in a serious relationship, they are just hidden at first and then eventually sneack back up. |

But it should be built on friendship too and when you are friends then it is easier to trust and love JMO

i admittedly have trust issues, i've been screwed over, used and cheated on by every girl i've ever dated so yeah i have a little trouble completely trusting women. so by your logic here i shouldn't date? |

Well a relationship is one big test, I am talking about people who purposly do something (usually bad) to see what the other person will do and then judge them on that. |

I try to judge a person on who they are I don't try to set anyone up mostly someone I love

i wanna know how you figure that somebody gets screwed over constantly and starts to doubt people in general doesn't deserve to be happy? are they not more deserving to find somebody to treat them well or should they all hide under a rock so it's easier on you? |

Trust should indeed be predominant in any relationship. |

being tested is one of the ways to build trust. I know that I have trust issues and if they don't stick around after a test then so be it. I don't necessarily test someones trust deliberately its just what happens in everyday life.

I have trust issues...but i know they are mine. i don't think all men are the same as the past jerks. I keep my issues in my head to know what to look out for but i don't test someone who doesn't deserve it because so far they haven't done anything wrong to me

i think trust is something each person in the relationship has to earn....i dont just give out trust to any and every one
