Try hot towels. Put a fairly damp towel/washcloth in an unsealed plastic bag in your microwave. Nuke about 10-30 seconds or so, maybn as long as a couple mins (watch the thing). CAREFULLY remove the puppy. It should be fairly warm. It may help. If not, try time off, or tell one of the other folks in your crew to do the caulking.

Also, take periodic breaks and rotate your neck during the work day. Should help some.

Good luck and get better soon. It could be worse, it could be raining, and you could have a shoulder dislocation like me. This rots and they want to do an MRI!

DestinysDream, becareful you dont over do it. as the flu has been really bad, as where they had a article in the paper on a fungus pnumonia that caused issue with your kidney and such.. my son had it but he had the bactrial kind and we almost lost him.... so my advice if you havent yet see your doctor, you better
