He was driving back to the depot where he works, his route yesterday was up in the mountains, and a deer ran in front of the truck. He couldn't avoid it and when he hit it the back tires of the truck lost traction in the snow and he crashed into the side of the mountain. Thankfully the truck is so big because he shot over a 12 foot run-off ditch next to the road and not down into it. He is a bit bruised up and has some cuts on his hands from the shattered windshield and is sore from the whiplash, but nothing broken. Thank God. (I posted a thread in general last night about it)
