I've given this some thought.

What I've concluded is that Lex fantasizes about designing doggy hats and matching shoes.

He can call the shoes: Sketcheroooos! And the hats can be A Dog In The Hat. And then designer handbags called Pawdas! And he can design outdoor camping gear, and call them Pup Tents! And...and... and... I need a drink...

well in short, yes, the hat size is obviously rather important but there are so many other important factors like whether or not underwear is worn, what kind of underwear it is, and wear it is worn or why it is not worn. to say nothing of what type of fabric conditioner is preferred. you see. and that is ONLY THE UNDERWEAR.

also Kim Chee preference is extremely important. and skill at air hockey, ping pong, marbles and llama husbandry.

must agree, the hands, it is about the hands. So maybe Lex should design some gloves as well. But it does kinda seem proportional. Size of head, feet AND hands, in my experience, lol.laugh laugh laugh laugh

Nine months later and still no definitive answer. How does one explain this dilemma?

it is not the size of the hat but what it smells like
when they lift their arm to put it on their head.

Lex I dont think so because Neanderthal man had a larger cranium than Homo Sapien. Primarily that is due to his occipital bun which is how the back part of the skull was kind of squashed down whereas a modern human is much more rounded with a high forehead. I believe that the actual brain size and weight in grams was very comparable to that of modern human however.

I dont think that is an accurate gauge of overall intelligence in a mammal. Ive certainly met fathead stupid people before.

cranial disposition cant realistically be contained in the variant circumference of a topical fashion appliance.
However.....the angle of the dangle is directly proportionate to the proximity of the arouser.
Therfore......
It's all in the shoe size.......
