I Planted a Simple Garden today
Rays of Color filled the Earth
Yellows Roses,, My Sisters Glow
Hues of Blue spread far apart
Brothers of Calm fill the Earth
Seeds scattered upon the Land
Watered with Grace & Kindness
Pink & Lilac A family is born
Daffodils are Blooming
Love is in the Air
A simple garden is planted today
Love & Family everywhere
Rays of Color fill my Earth
Family & Friends... Yes don't you see
Blessings in life,, Fill my Garden
Seeds I plant,,, Souls of thee
Water you see the Hearts that beat
My Family My Friends
My Garden is Thee....
See the Beauty I so See......

As I sat and watch this garden grow.
All the beautiful flowers in a row.
There are yellow, red and pink.
As I take the time to sit and think.

To watch each flower start to bloom.
And to smell there sweet perfume.
Each morning they drink of the morning dew.
To open up to each day that is new.

As there petals open up to the sunlight.
And then gently close each night.
A flower seems to embrace what comes there way.
Just to enjoy each day.

Then each night it closes it’s petals.
Then slowly it settles.
Waiting for the morning light.
To show there colors of delight.

Take time to smell the flowers.
You see life is ours.
To enjoy each day.
So take the time to stop and survey.
Enjoy life before it goes away.
