Depends on the service...
....remember you dont pay the hooker for the sex... you pay her to leave!

I couldnt wait on tables, but I have always been a good tipper. Good servers work hard, poor servers deserve squat...

 I on the other hand tip too much!! but I get great servive upon return

My dad is stuck in the past when it comes to tipping. He feels a dollar person is plenty no matter what the bill comes to, and he gets mad at us if we go to leave more on the table. So we let him leave the table first and the rest of us sit there throwing money on the table before he turns around. Some nights those waiters must do really well when we cover the tips for him!!

I took a job waiting tables for Health Insurance .. I make 3 something an hour and bust my butt for my tips .. I tip 10 percent reguardless and more if I have great service ... I don't believe in tipping I believe in over tipping

i worked with a guy that chased a customer out to his car yelling"was there a problem with the service?" he was fired but damn hilarious for me.

I'm a waitress, so I know how waiters and waitress go through. We really rely on tips to survive. My paycheck is under 100.00 all the time. I get paid 2.35 an hour. I love to serve the customers though.
