I work as a Pizza Delivery boy to pay for college, and you would be surprised at some of the "tips" i get. I delivered a pizza the other day to his house, and i was a good 20 minutes early. he tipped me 14 cents. Every now and again i actually get a real dollar bill laugh

so come out to my bar, let me serve you some alcohol and then tip me 30%, you will not have to worry about the lack of alcohol in your beverage. I am easy to please

I took a job waiting tables for Health Insurance .. I make 3 something an hour and bust my butt for my tips .. I tip 10 percent reguardless and more if I have great service ... I don't believe in tipping I believe in over tipping

I tip from 10% to 25%, depending upon the service, and never less than 75 cents for a cup of coffee. If the service sucks, I leave a penny..laugh and if she is an extremely attractive individual...I leave a min of a buck:heart:

If I am out someone else pays, I always offer to leave the tip! I will usually leave around 18%, 20% if it was excellent and 15% for poor.

Had a dinner date last winter at a pretty posh restaurant...my date tipped the waitress $50. That waitress probably takes in better money than I do working for the local school district.

it should be mandatory for everyone to wait tables at least once in thier life ...... if you can't afford to tip you should not go out ... Who is with me on this ????

I am. I've waited on tables while attending college.

Everyone should work fast food too, cause people are so rude to the cashiers. And people wonder why i had a mental break down after 4 years of it? Thats why.

Oh and if you hire a maid service to clean your house, FARKING TIP because i'm tired of cleaning a house for 4 hours and only getting $15 from the company as payment. explode

My mother waited tables 30 years, and had to quit after an accident left her unable to lift anything with her right arm above her shoulder. After my parents divorced, Her tip money was the difference between a little food on the table and none. I always tip very well, and the server has to be horrid for me to leave my 1 cent "message". That's happened only three times, and even then I hate doing it.
