i think some people look better with a bit of weight on them, i dont think women look good with no curves and no shape. im a size 12, which is a size 10 in the usa i think, and im happy like that, i like my curves. my dresses would look awful if i was straight up and down.

I brought my son up to know not to judge people based on looks because you might miss out on meeting a great friend.

i took him to the beach when he was 7. other kids were teasing a little boy because he was heavy. my son just saw someone new to be friends with

we all have problems with finding people. skinny people have the same problem as bbws. everyone has their preferences in what they like

being honest, i see beautiful, and breathtaking women on this post, wow..... i think you all sould be proud of yourselves for looking at things just a bit deeper than the average jane. we are here to experience life, under our own thoughts and feelings, and unfortunately the more we hurt, the more we learn, if we pay attention. but another thing, a lot of people don't know this fact as well, when we eat very little, like one small meal a day, our body goes in to a hibernation stage, where we store everything we put in there, and that kicks our ass in the long run, so eating six small meals a day can help with over all health, any questions, e-mail me

One of my changes... I have about 500 calories for breakfast, a 250 cal morning snack, about 500 calories for lunch, another 250 cal afternoon snack, and a 500 calorie dinner. That puts me at a target of 2,000 calories a day.

I also calculate how much a burn working out/walking, and if I can budget it, I'l have another small(100-250 calorie) evening snack.

Honestly, I'm not eating any less than I did before. I am eating food BETTER for me, but the key is I've spread it out to keep my metabolisim running, and make it more likly for my body to process and use it as I take it in.

i know, but they are little snacks, like veggies with a little dip, or an organic apple, rice crackers with hummus or baba ganoug, or your fav bean dip, then a lean 3 meals, and not past 10:00pm.

that is correct, and the reward is felling better, a stronger immune system and higher energy level. are you walking as well? swimming is also a good low impact workout. just walking in the pool is benificial on joints

Why can't people be happy with who they are and not be "haters" about people unlike them? I have nothing against women with a physique different from mine, but I also take a little offense to the derogatory comments made about thin women. I choose to stay in shape but you don't see me on here bashing women that don't.

it's like a belly ring. Some can pull it off, and others just look terrible with it. I don't agree with the term "bbw" though. It seems like a phrase that someone with low self-esteem made up to justify continuing to stuffer her face. You are a woman, not a "bbw"

I have found no food puts the weight on faster than some food. I used to eat only one or two meals a day and I put on weight fast especially if I stopped doing it. Our bodies go into starvation mode if we do not feed it. Then it stores fat because it knows we are going to starve it.

I do not diet at all. I try to eat healthy and never deny myself something I want. If I want to lose I just stop eating everyday at 4-5 pm. I drop weight easily doing it and I can eat all I want during the day. I do not feel deprived that way. The word diet makes people want to eat more...lol

I only date men who like me thick anyway, so I do not have to listen to them harp about weight. It saves them alot of hurt that way...lolbigsmile
