ive been exchanging (not so nice) emails with an ex.. someone that i met here..
and today he tells me that online dating is not "real" dating... that just because you are dating someone online.. it doesnt count as real dating...

first statement to this is.. if you dont beleve in online dating.. then why are you here, but the question i guess is this...

do you think that online dating counts as real dating..

if not why.. and if so..why, and for those of you like me who think the answer is "sorta" what are the paramaters to make it so..

If you ask someone out wether it be in person, phone or internet then it is considered "Dating".

u have to meet in person at some time to be real dating I believe otherwise its just flirtatious emails

Unless it leads to an actual face to face meeting, and amounts to more than exchanging emails... it is not a real dating relationship. There has to be up close and "live" interaction......

On line dating is not real dating! I am here to find a person I can date for real.

The truth is you neve truly know a person until you look in their eyes and see their soul and spend time with them. Anything online is not real at least not for me. I say this from experiance.
