I just got back from weekend retreat.. I feel refreshed motivated and energized ... It was on the lake and so peaceful ... What recharges your batteries??

working on cars lets me vent while i work LOL when my brother was little he was "working " on his play tractor and started swearing up a bluestreak and my mom asked him what he was doing and he said he was fixin it and he knew the right words

Glad that you were able to get away for the weekend. I am still awaiting the battery recharge as I was stricken with the flu this weekend and homebound...ugh. Talk about the hardest way of detoxing your body...lol.

The Gym - great way to get rid of stress and it's great for all your 2000 body parts! I'm with ya there. Either the gym, playing a sport, or taking a hike or bike in the outdoors does it for me. Clears my head and brightens my day.
