hard to say, I think those things give a predisposition to mistrust in the relationship

Of course.

Entering into a marriage is about sharing my life with that person. Not what my life might be like without them.

I'm not materialistic or greedy. As long as the prenuptial agreement was based on an accurate representation of the family or domestic relations court laws of the state, I am all for it. And if we were not planning on any children, I doubt I'd even care about that.

I wouldn't want to because I don't want to worry whether the relationship would come to an end like this. If it did, I would be honest and not take his things as well as he is honest and not take my things. Just depends on how well you know your spouse. smokin

Yup no problem, considering the kids involved if any of course. I would want the children to be provided for. Me, I am fully able of providing for myself

I don't honestly know. I would probably be offended if the subject came up. It would be like the person was going into the marriage with the expectation of divorce. The idea of planning the divorce prior to the marriage is like giving up on the marriage before you even have had a problem.
