The way I see it, you were convicted of a crime, you "were" found guilty...

Drug user, drug seller, whatever it may be, and as you stated there is more to it that you dont wish to disclose and I respect that, I dont think that would that be a good idea...

My opinion, you get what you deserve, you should serve the time. Drug users and sellers need to be taught good lessons as well, so that way when my daughter get's older I could only hope the population of users and sellers are reduced.

Nice dig lady, too bad you cannot just admit you are wrong. I was a corrections oficer I, meaning lowest rank you could get, fresh in the door. You have 2 co's per housing unit with 4 wings expanding off og each control unit. Each wing has 52 cells with 2 inmates per cell. When you are in one wing doing checks, what do you think is happening in the other 3? They have lookouts, throw rice krispies on the floor so they can hear you coming when you step on them, and mirrors under their doors. Your liberal views, and choice to attack people who do a very dangerous job for very little money is highly insulting. Always have to blame someone else right? Staff not doing their job, citizens not caring about inmate welfare, not enough money for prison programs, etc. The simple fact of the matter is people require sex, and some are willing to do whatever it takes to get it, regardless of laws, rules, etc. If you are viewed as weak, do not belong to a group, or another person for protection you are open to that type of assualt. If you do not believe that then it is your call, I worked it, I seen it, I tried to prevent it, but it was futile

not askin for any, but just cuz i smoke pot dont make me a bad person, hell alotta people think pot should be legal even people in government, and to top it off i am responsible enough not to get stoned and go out for a drive or anything else that would endanger someones life so really a pot smoker is no more harmful than a drunk

Don't worry about it the_don. There are very few people in this thread that have not done something at one point or another that could have resulted in jail time. People love to judge, and throw their condemnation around when it is neither warranted, or justified. Other peoples misery results in great glory for some, amkes them feel superior. I hope the time passes quickly for you, and you come out somehow better for your experience.

well i dont care what anyone says but more people are harmed by drunk drivers than stoners and yet alcohol is still perfectly legal so pot should be too with rules like not driving stoned or you go to jail or smoking in designated public places so as not to offend others or just stay in you own home till the high wears off, matter a fact the only reason pot isnt legal is because the government hasent come up with a way to regulate it and make money off of it because anybody is able to grow it

no tax=no sale man. I don't smoke, but I would legalize every drug in the country if it were up to me. If you cannot stop drugs in a restricted environment (prison) then you certainly wont ever stop them in a "free society". Take the street value away, sell it for what it really costs, and let the people make the choice. You cannot legislate morality

You are 18 years of age, you know the law, you ignored the law. Stop trying to make excuses and be accountable for your actions. Sucks to be caught, but you really did know better.
