Omega oils and CoQ10 are the bomb for PMS and hormonal imbalances, and they're good for cholesterol levels.

Oil of Oregano is a supplement that works on viruses, bacteria, fungus, and parasites. It's a wonder supplement.

I'm a Usui and Karuna Reiki master.

I've done the chakra test a number of times over the years. The following results are typical for me--

Root: open (25%)
Sacral: over-active (75%)
Navel: open (44%)
Heart: open (63%)
Throat: open (69%)
Third Eye: open (69%)
Crown: open (56%)

Good morning , I am at a spiritual retreat this weekend so I have not been around much ,,, I would highly reccomend everyone
go get the batteries recharged ,, My room is beautiful , it over looks the lake and even in the bleakness of winter it is lovely,, I am waiting for the sun to come up , answering emails and thinking about a hot bath ... and thinking about the law of attraction and how it pertains to me For those that are not familar =The phrase Law of Attraction has been used by many esoteric writers, although the actual definition varies greatly. Most authors associate the Law of Attraction with the saying, "like attracts like", usually as applied to the mental life of human beings: that a person's thoughts (conscious and unconscious), emotions, beliefs and actions attract corresponding positive or negative experiences. This process has been described as "harmonious vibrations of the law of attraction",[1] or "you get what you think about; your thoughts determine your experience,

So what are your thoughts?

Absolutely agree!

Without the hype that can be attached to simple principles...

Instant manifestation is constantly happening when I am balanced... I feel when I am walking the right path, everything seems to line up, and appear.

I do attract that which is worthy of me, and I of it.
