Talk about timing. I just got diagnosed with M.S. 3 days ago. Read the side effects of the meds,Geeez they had me right up to where they said something about anal seepage. Can anyone direct me to a site with a more natural approach to dealing with this? Thanx

First of all please seek a second dr to confirm the diagnosis ,, there are hundreds of alternative therapies from bee stings to diet .. but the number one cure of MS is misdiagnosis...

 flowerforyou  flowerforyou This is a terrific idea!! flowerforyou  flowerforyou  flowerforyou

Emerg-C - for colds - packets of powder in various flavors packed full of Vitamins and minerals mix with small amount of water to drink to ward off colds - I swear by it - available at Walmart or any health food store.

A good chiropractor/naturalist is a great resource - and the usually the better ones are very very reasonable, I've been blessed to find two that I see for various things over the years.

Looking forward to this thread and everyone's info!!!

besides natural things (like oranges, apples etc) what other food items can be used to enhance nutrional needs to ward off illnessess, The flu is running rampant right now where I work. I did get a flu shot but still, even for a cold it would be nice to know.

Echinacea, blackcurrants, garlic, chillies....are all good immuno boosters...also Olive leaf extract..

Use copious amounts of the food stuffs, and take echinacea as directed by the herbalist, or health food representative.

Lemon and ginger together is a warming, (blood warming) tonic, which helps ward off all the nasty germies....

Hope these help a little CAT...flowerforyou
