I was up late last night;and on the news I saw...............
a SECURITY GAURD throw a guy outta his wheelchair 
and her exscuse: I thought he was faking. Faking or not; that was just wrong!!!!

Guy in wheelchair was white, and the two security guards were black. Now, switch the race of the wheelchair bound man and the security guards, and tell me how much of a news story this would have been. |

Well the guy that got dumped out of his wheelchair is apperently paralyzed...
 
Even if they thought he was faking, still had no right doing that..that's just messed up..

Although I am a defender of our police, I do think they need to be psychologically re-evaluated on a regular basis. In that line of work, you never know what might happen and make your mind snap and do something horrid. Lindyy |

Security has been getting away with this kind of stuff for years, they have different standards in security work then they do in law enforcement and even then police get away with some of the same stuff...look up skateboarding day on youtube, the cops involved in that recieved suspension. Nothing new, either revolt and stand up for yourself or take it and do nothing.

Just like with our military personnel (thuogh different scale yes), the police and military shoudl both be required to undergo mental health exams just as frequently as physical exams. BECAUSE each person is different, you just can never know when one person might be fine and the other had enough. And if the person is found to be psychologically unfit after so long (due to the rigors of the profession) they should get a medical discharge of smoe sort. |
