I actually have experienced this...called my bf by my late husband's name...was sooo very embarrasing to me...but, luckily it was said in the upright position while shopping and not some other delicate moment...he was very good about it...I liked to have died

Honestly. It happens. It may hurt my feelings for a moment. But i was with the same guy for over ten years. And i know that when i had an argument with someone i was dating i called him by my ex's name. Total slip. He was angry. I apologized. Like i said it happens.
