Are there any sane women left out there? Seems that either I'm a lunatic magnet or everyone is nuts. I mean, c'mon....I'm not asking for a Pulitzer Prize winner or any such thing but at least someone with some non-psychotic behavior would be a nice change. Seriously, I'm not your average male of the species. While I do enjoy my drag racing and performance cars (ok, ok...so they are an addiction) I am not some sports-a-holic hanging out in sports bars or spending every waking minute on some fantasy football team crap. Oh yeah....and I hate soccer and basketball. I can cook and clean for myself and do a pretty good job at both. I don't need someone to "take care of me" or to pick up after me. I can do my share around the house and yard then be there to brush out your hair or mage your back. I am very busy with my work and my racing but the "between time" is there and I want very much to spend it with a woman who has her own life, opinions, ideas, thoughts, dreams, and wishes. A woman who doesn't need "saving" and isn't going to try and change me or my life. Relationships should not be about changing each another.....they are about sharing with one another. I will admit that I am no "day at the beach" sometimes but I do have a very giving side to my personality. I have also been accused of being an overgrown seven year old so if you don't like to laugh at life then we just won't click. Life is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel. Comedy works for me....how about you? I can be loving, caring, attentive, and romantic all the while laughing and joking around. I don't have many friends outside of my racing but these friends are the very definition of the word "friend" so I take that part of my life seriously. There are also two kids in this deal. Well.....one really. My oldest is 19 and is pretty much off doing his own thing. He does not live with me. My ten year old is my very life. He is the one thing that keeps me getting up in the morning and doing what I should do as an adult. He is easy to get along with but don't try to be coy or fake with him. He will see right through any facade that people try to put up. He is also very intelligent and doesn't B/S anyone. My boy also has his father's sense of humor so he is a first rate comedian when the urge strikes him. Bottom line.....he's a great kid and people naturally like him. Don't mess with the baby!!!! Ok....there it is. Not the greatest of descriptions but more like random thoughts of me and what I could be looking for. If you like to laugh at things and don't take the world too seriously we might make things work. Just don't come in and want to change the shower curtain fifteen minutes after you're there, ok?
