The angels do weep
In your presence of light,
Guarded by giants,
Keeping you safe in the night.
Your heart is adorned
In one of love's best,
Beating sweet music,
I hear in your chest.
The touch of your hand
Stirs within me,
Thoughts of emotion
Of what's yet to be.
Your voice is so soft
In my ear as you sing,
A choir of angels
Hushed by your dream.
The kiss from your lips,
Lull me to sleep,
Dreaming of visions
So woundrously sweet.
