Watching Clinton give her speech in New York right now, it really bugs me how she is always so robotic in her speaking...she always appears to be reading from a script, and has to force herself to infuse inflection and emotion in her speaking.
Obama, on the other hand, speaks very extemporaneously and genuinely. He establishes a great rapport with his audience and seems to be speaking offhand, rather than from a script. To me, this makes a huge difference in how easily I can support Obama over Clinton. Does it make a difference to anyone else? Should it? |

The real Hillary Clinton died years ago; this one's just an android put in place by the Men in Black in cooperation with the Illuminati. That's why she's so robotic. ;)

when she was hillary rodham and was an advocate for education I liked her much better but it has become such a sport to bash hillary I can't help but wonder if that hasn't just worn her down

I agree with you soxfan......Clinton is just.....well.....Clinton. We need a change in the White House and I think Obama is it. I'm a Republican but, I actually do see a good change with Obama in the House. We do need a change. If Hillary got in we'd see 4 generations of the same people..... 2 Bushs and 2 Clintons. We need someone who won't cry and crack under pressure and I think Obama is the man!!!!

I really like Obama, as a person. I've read both his books & his language is eloquent & beautiful. He has charisma & speaks well. BUT Hilliary has the experience & knowledge about the key issues. For me it comes down to this, especially her understanding of healthcare issues. Also, her record in NY. But either one is a billion times better than what we've got. I think they should team up.

For clarification, I'm not suggesting that charisma should take the place of policies. Quite the contrary...but all other things being equal (theoretically of course) I would prefer a well spoken leader. I mean, after 4 years of Bush I suppose I should just be happy to have a literate english speaking leader hahaha.
'reveolution' - your point is well taken. PS: California closed and is still too close for CNN to call. |

For me, I see it the opposite. In my opinion, anyone who manages to survive in the senate for 30 years is likely to be well connected to special interests pretty strongly. I think we need something fresh and new, but still tempered enough to avoid inexperienced mistakes. As for healthcare, I couldn't disagree more with Hillary Clinton. |

Ummm what knowledge does she possess? She stole an election for senator in New York. She tried to ruin healthcare. And she's running based on her husbands failures. Hmmm, America is stupid, maybe they'll believe she isn't a puppet after all. Blasted ignorance! |

hahaha shoes give him a chance to answer the question of whether he meant it because she was a woman before you rip him limb from limb!
Although your angst is duly noted. Not sure how you keep the house, but you keep up the appearance just fine |
