Its funny you said that, because the bible talks about in the end that there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

It also says that in the the end every knee shal bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. So it doesn't matter wether you believe or not, in the end you will still bow to God.
I pray that God opens your eyes, and your heart.

With all due respect, I have read the bible front to back. To ME it sounded like someone just wrote down everything they do and don't like and called it "God's Word" to get everyone else to follow it. The 10 commandments are just common sense to me, and are followed in one way or another by all religions. I am NOT a NON-Believer. I believe VERY strongly in God and Goddess. My views and beliefs are different than your's, but not bad by any stretch of the imagination. I believe that as long as any thing you do is forgivable as long as it wasn't mean to hurt anyone or anything. As far as 'living in sin', I was with my ex for 3 years, and lived together almost as soon as we got together. From what your bible says, that means that we were married. If he lived with his ex too, then the same would go for them. You can be 'married' without a piece of paper. It has to do with what is in your heart, not what's on record with the government.

I think he was being sarcastic... people don't have to believe like you to be good people.

Reading a study book (Bible) from front to back will not do you any good, you have to study it, and never quit studying in order to understand.
With all due respect I will not prove my point in this current situation, because it would only infuriate you. I do wish that you quit believing a lie. I also pray that God opens your ears, eye's, mind and soul. And that he touches your heart.

It says a lot of things. I don't happen to believe too many of them. Other people do -- my best friend is as devout a Christian as you'll ever find. We respect each other's beliefs, or lack thereof.

Actually what infuriates me is people who try to act like what they believe is any better than what I do. DIFFERENT isn't bad. Sounds like YOU are the one that needs to be a little more open and stop trying to preach to people that could care less.

I have a lot of friends that do not believe. This is a religious chat room, and that is what we are doing.
Wether you believe or not, these things were brought up here and I am just addressing them.
