Switched out modems and it is allowing me on right now. Windows has determined that Windows XP is the problem.

Is it hot around here, Jt? Or is it just me? Got the fan on three. I saw two air conditioners at Walmarts; One was 10,500 btu 110 for 200 dollars and one was a 550 btu for 100 dollars. Whew. Glad the fan is working.

I am glad it gets cooler at night. I just love it at the nursing home when this one resident goes brrr when I am in her room just dripping in sweat. She says it is so cold.

I hope everyone has a good day. I worked over last night and have to go in early today for an inservice. Been researching satellite Internet since my phone service works only when it wants to.

My feet are killing me. So nice just to relax. All I asked for is just two weeks off. I got three days and they want to know if I can work part of that. I was so glad I didn't have to work a double, tonight. Gees, even the Lord got one day off for good behavior.

Went yard saling. Didn't buy anything but got out for a good drive. Bought some new shoes in Harrison Walmart with good arch support. It was a good day until I ate Chinese food at Dragon King. It gave me a stomach ache. Cleaned me out.

Had a good day. Changed oil in a truck and then put a radio in. Thought I was going to have to dismantle the whole truck to get to the back of the radio wires. It was like if I took every screw out the glove compartment would still stand connected to the dash. It was going to be so easy. Just buy the physical adapter for the big hole; The wiring harness adapter for the new radio to the original radio wiring of the truck and the radio itself but it didn't work out that way. It was smart getting the flashlight.
Wiring adapters are good if no one has jimmy rigged the wiring before you. I should have known something was up when I was told the cigarette lighter had blown the fuse. Bought a wire stripper but already had some black tape. One hot wire was supposed to go to the battery and one to the ignition. Those two were joined together and the radio works but you can't turn it off. Could be worse I guess.

Oh, yeah. Paid my rent early so Mom could have gas money to go to church. Had some pizza and stayed out of the rain. Had two nice days off. Bought four big portrait paintings from Walmart. Back into dolling the house up and tearing down new cob webs. Got some laundry done. I thought if I would put pictures on the wall it might inspire to clean the floors. I am buying paintings or I should say lithographs with light background to bring contrast to the redwood paint. Seems to be working. The pictures aren't that expensive and the frames aren't either.

Could be worse I guess. that reminds me of the time i spent about 3 months (and no i'm not joking)trying to get a cassette player out of a 91 mercury tracer my mom gave me to replace it with a cd player.i had the whole dash pretty much taken out and the stupid cassette player still wouldn't come out!.finally i got mad,grabbed ahold of it and pulled hard and it came out.i felt so stupid because i should have tried that first!
