Not really biting on worms here. Just came back from seeing how bad the bridge was damaged. A fourth of the was okay. Another fourth still with rebarb. Beyond that completely gone except for the piles of gravel. They were just pulling in the small mouthed bass left and right with minnows. One guy who came with his son couldn't just sit there watching the ones with minnows catch them. He looked discouraged. I just sat on a rock listening to rush of water go over the slab. It was almost deafening.

we haven't had much rain here but were needing it now because the garden is looking a little dry

It is real wet here. If I don't mow the grass when I get paid tomorrow I will have to have a bush hog come in. Since one of my neighbors complain about those two cows that came over to munch the grass on my four acres I guess the neighbor with cows fixed his fnces or the cows have just copped an attitude. Either way I guess it is left to me to mow my yard.

our yard needs to be mowed too.our landlords were here yesterday so i'm hoping they seen how high the grass was

Good midnight, Jt. Enjoying the new days off. I am off tonight and tomorrow night. Atleast my buddy didn't give me the finger for switching to second shift tonight. She told me to enjoy the weekend. She made the mistake of getting into it with the nurse. Nurse told her that she didn't need her and to take the night off. Man when a nurse gives an attitude adjust they know how to do it with charm.

Got the paperwork back from USDA/ Rural Development to fill out to try to get a loan for the property I have been renting. I have filled it out now and going to the Post Office to send it in the mail. Had a good time playing in the water, yesterday. Then worked 10 hours after going to my NA and AA meetings. It sure is a hot one, today.

Yeah, me, too, Babs. I finished filling out the form. Then bought a stamp and envelope off mom. Then took it to be mailed along with mom's water bill. Mom asked me if I knew where the water department was and I told I didn't know I have a well. Like she didn't know since it is technically hers and she has spent thousands of dollars to keep it working. So she told me to make sure I put it in the right slot beside Harp's since that is where it is. I called her on the cell phone while I was there and told her that she was right there was a slot there. She said she knew she was right because she has been putting her water bill in that slot for over twenty years. Then I went home and starting irritating the dog so I could give mom a break from my irritation.

Moms are wonderul people, Jt. No matter how you get you can always get a hug from mom. I have found grandmothers and even great grandmothers who like to hug, too. I think that women are the most wonderful thing that God ever created.
