Good Morning JT, and Journey. Been a long day already. It is beautiful here in OKC, but I hear it is on its way. 3 days of storms. Give me a chance to check the landlords "fix" on the flood in my unit!!! Hope he has it fixed!!! Can't get new flooring down until he fixes it. Got painted concret right now. Since LAST May!!

Not quite ready here. I have to mow the yard, again before the rain hits. I am still buying things for the house for when the electric gets knocked out. Got batteries for flashlight, a crank type radio, coleman stove but I am going to buy some candles because I trust them more than the coleman lantern.

Hi Greer...well no rain here yet. I'm kind of a newbie in AR. This is my first spring and summer. I told my son I think he lied to me and that it rains here everyday!

Had a neighbor who took from where my van died on the road to my house to get my gas can and wallet to the gas station so I could put gas in the van. He even helped me push it off the road and take me back home when the trouble wasn't that it was out of gas. We had a nice conversation about how he wished someone had of given him a ride the last time he ran out of gas. He said that if he hadn't known me from church and seen me in my yard that he wouldn't have picked me up. We remarked on how walking up hills and walking on flat ground are different. We got to talk about the price of gas and how $5.00 at one time could fill a gas tank.

that's true.it's in the 60's here I did hear on GMA that Seattle will be in the upper 80s today. My sister will be nanananapopooing me.

Its a bautiful morning. The birds are just singing away. Took my car to jump the van, again. It turned over but as soon as I shut the hood it died. The friend that picked me up last night told me he didn't hear the electric fuel pump kick in. But it ran for a little bit. I will buy a new battery for it since the one in it looks bad. Since it was running great I think the alternator is good because I was told that they just put a new one in before I got it. I think the cells in the battery are probably bad. I am going to get the gas guage so it will give me an accurate reading by getting some one to drop the gas tank and replace the float valve in it. Man it is just one thing after another. If wasn't such a time consuming hobby that I am enjoying I think I would just park somewhere in the back like I used to do. It is nice and coll this morning.

T-storms this afternoon. Of course we have those love bugs here, they're everwhere!
