Does it drive you nuts and turn you off when a man send you a email, you dont reply right away.. Maybe you are busy.. I am not saying wait a few days or a week,,, Then he sends you another insecure email asking why you didnt respond. I know for me,,, I will not respond to that at all. I usually respond to everyone, but sometimes it might take a day or two.

Yes it drives me nuts. I try to answer all but I dont live on the computer..I actually have a job.LOL

strange idea some people don't live on here. they have jobs that take them out of the house.i am lucky i work from home.but some people only come on here for a little while.

Actually I think all women SHOULD wait a day or two before responding the an email - just to weed out the nutcases you're describing here.

I just wish more women would use the "Block" button more often. Maybe that would help get rid of the losers, whiners, and posers on these sites who scare off a lot of the decent folk who check it out just for a day or two.

Shagna, I have a policy of responding to all e-mails, except for scammers and spammers. It might not be the same day, but it's always by the next day.

I just think of it as common courtesy.

Of course, I'm still waiting for some replies to notes I sent LAST APRIL, which is a different story. And I never sent a second e-mail to any of them. Why bother?

In fact, I don't send first e-mails here at all anymore. That's one lesson I learned early on. Like I said in another post earlier, if I wanted to be ignored, I would have stayed married.

I may send someone an email once a week if i havent heard from them in a while but if i dont hear from them oh well.

I love it when you get an email ~ and a few days later get the exact same email verbatim ~ from the same person...

humm myself if I open and e-mail I answer it at that time or I will forget it. If I don't have time to answer it I will normaly not open it till I have time to reply just the way I do it for only time I may not be answering it if they are saying good night after I have said good night or if there was nothing to answer for they sent all statements and nothing to answer back too.

I almost always take a few days to respond.

But generally I do respond, unless I forget to.

I send out one e-mail, if they reply, I reply back, but if they never reply, I move on.

I usually reply as soon as I get e-mails, just so I don't forget to.
