I'm sure most of you have heard about the POLICE murders of Kathryn
Johnston (ATLANTA) and Sean Bell (NEY YORK). I happen to live in
Atlanta not too far from where Ms. Johnson was murdered and I know for a
fact the police down here have no REAL concern with helping people. In
fact, they even turn on their fellow officers......remember: Derwin
Brown? Yep, there are a few corrupt cops who give bad a name to the
great officers of the law. I just think the whole abuse of power is
being taken overboard by our nation's police forces and something needs
to be done to stop it.

They should have real-time cameras attached to their helmets or on their
uniforms that transmit and record everything they say and do. The data
should be constantly monitored by their superiors and the data should
not be erased for a number of years in the event that another police
brutality case comes up that would warrant evidence. This might
somewhat deter them from being so fuckin' dirty.

One of my sisters has a neighbor who's a cop. When the neighbor makes
noise and parties at 0200 what's she supposed to do..call a cop?

i have never meet a cop that i could trust most here are drug
dealers,pedophiles,muderers,bootleggers,and it has been in courts here
but hidden and pushed under the rug.Good old boy system.

I just moved from my old apartment after living below a FULTON COUNTY
cop who harrassed me and my guests for 2 years. He also let me know
that he is a racist and has ties to some underground arian-brotherhood.
He also had a girlfriend who constantly somked weed and then he would
lie on us to the leasing office and say I was a drug dealer. He
reminded me many times that he did not like living around
"minorities".....when a written complaint was filed, his f*ckin' cronies
tossed it out for him before anything could be read. I'm not the first
to be harrassed by this shithead and I'm sure I won't be the last.

Not all cops are bad ones

Very true CCp. Unfortunately, as in other things, it is those few who
paint all with their actions. Met several great officers on both sides
of the border.

I never said ALL cops are bad. I have met excellent cops and I have
witnessed corruption first hand by asshole cops who make some people
hate the law.

I was arrested AT WORK by some gung-ho idiot that not only couldn't read
but couldn't tell the difference between a 20 yr old and a 40 yr old. I
was arrested for domestic assault and violence and I wasn't even married
yet lmao. My last name was the same as the one that was named on the
arrest warrant and our first names were similar. They were looking for a
Byron and my name is Brian.
By the time I was finished with that dumb-ass, he had to come to MY work
and publicly apologize in front of my fellow co-workers. It was either
that or I sued the shit outta the police dept, so the chief was only too
happy to oblige lol

i havent met a cop in my 49 years that i would trust 4 anything!!... and
they are bunch of lazy ass cons!!.. and i have known alot of them!!!!!

I dont feel at this time that I have the luxury of assuming any given
Cop may be a good one. I simply must be on my guard against thier
corruption at all times.

If you dont like the good ole boy system, dont support them by sportin
that STUPID rebel flag!! I for one live in Arkansas, and know exactly
what your talkin about. Until we get some knid of system that can track
EVERYONE in the US at one time it wont happen. It wont even happen then
cuz everybody will bitch about how their civil rights are bein violated
by bein tracked. Either way, our government is failing us. Its no better
than the government was in England and Spain that the people left to
come here for way back in the day. We need to overthrow it all and start
a new democracy!!!!

Call your local/state ombudsman. They are a citizen ran police of the
police.
I am studying criminal justice to be a juvenile probation officer, my
biological father is in prison, and my step father is a county sheriff
deputy. NOT all cops are bad, but the ones that are make it difficult
for the ones that are on the up and up. Not all cops are dirty, take
bribes, etc. I used to work at the same sheriff's office that my
stepfather is now a deputy at. I know most of the cops there when I was
working there, were egotistical jerks. But not all are bad.

True, unless ya live in the south.
