Wow, I am a Service Director for a large Toyota Dealership. Have many that work under me (approx 80 employees)...I have this incredible looking receptionist that is about 25 y/o. I am 36 y/o. She is very mature and wow she is just a fun person. Beautiful, amazing body, great personality, so on. She has made it very clear she is attracted and I am so tempted! I just dont know what to do....

I personally don't think the age issue is that big of a deal because women definately mature faster then men,but dating someone you work with can cause alot of problems.I am a waiter and always refrain from dating people at work.I've witnessed first hand from co workers what problems it can cause and it sounds like you have a good job.
