True story: Met a girl that said she LOVED it when a guy played guitar for her. Our 7th... SEVENTH date, not the first one, went out, had a nice dinner...ended up down at the lake, had a nice night, sang her every song she requested.. two days later, told me she was going out with a guy she met on AOL because he flew into Chicago and was stuck at the airport and didn't have enough money to get up to Wisconsin to see her! Are you FU*CKING kidding me?? So yeah, women, keep dating rotten shi*ts. I'm better off without her, right? (=

There are nice guys....woo hoo Then there are NEEDY guys.....needy and insecure are the things women usually run from.... just my opinion! Well put. Just very hard to be very secure without being cocky when you are the person doing ALL the pursuing. As Chris Rock says, "It's easy for women to say no, you've been gettin' offered sex since you were 13 years old" LMAO. To the original poster, nice doesn't equal simple. Be a challenge man. I'm no Dr. Phil...but I'll state the obvious like he does anyway: step away and figure out WHAT you are first. Once you do that, it's a matter of mastering it. That way, you don't have to be a scuzzy lying sack of **** like most of these guys that women TALK about are. You can still be nice...you just have to make your version of nice interesting. I should've majored in something else... |

you can ask anyone i know im no where near insecure, proud of who i am and what i am but what i meant by being nice was take for example my last relationship I went out with a girl she cheated on me and the guy bragged to a friend of mine that she was cheating on me with him she begs me not to do some unpleasant things to him so oblige bout a year later she comes back to me after i help her get rid of the abusive prick and she leads me around like a love sick puppy only to toss me aside when she found some hippy that plays the guitar. even to this day thoe she cant find anything better then when i took her muddin on back roads. Some women (and I use that term loosely for them) just get a kick out of seeing how far a man will jump for them. She knew you would do anything for her. She made a poor choice of an abusive guy...hmmm "I know Texas will help me!" poof there you were! you doted on her and made such a fuss until BLAM! musician steps into the picture.... The girl don't know what she wants! You are too good for her. take what feelings you have for her and toss 'em out the window onto that muddy road and find someone you deserve! |

Women get crapped on too. I mistakenly gave an over the road truck driver a chance and that a huge mistake!! The guy deserves to be married to his hand. Maybe not all truckers are that bad, but it taught me well, that's for sure, and I will never date one again. The best thing to do is to pick up the pieces of your heart and try again. Not all people are bad, but we sure need to flush the turds.
