Nowadays I touch phone rarely, even if I do,it starts from mid night- just to check on one particular favourite app or to hear random song Why is it and whats happening to me?!

Still childish I would suggest .. Why dont you sit in front of the TV and watch Cartoon Channels 529 , I mean from Five in the morning to late 9 PM. , that will make you feel much Better .!
