the problem with getting your breath taken away is that eventually you get it back.
So I think it's best to look for someone I can talk to. Anyway - what is wrong with being single? I get the head of household tax status. |

I'm single right now because that is how its worked out in my life....I'm not actively searching so not surprised....At this point I continue to do what I do, try to make some friends, work on my self, will occasionally date...
I'm a happy guy....life is good...I don't need to force anything, life unfolds on its own....

I'm single because I am being very selective as to whom I will let into my heart again... I will not get hurt anymore. And, I have a child who is living with me 24/7, so there is even a bigger issue of trust involved. that is it in a nutshell for me too David.......but my kids are almost grown so I am ready to start looking again.....friends first....see what happens |

Why are you single? Do you still believe in finding someone special that will take your breathe away? 
I'm not really Looking for someone to Take my Breath away, because if they did that I would no longer need a Mate, because I would be Dead... Nope, I'm just looking for someone to say YES to becoming My Best Friend and The Lover of my Life, and do I think I will ever find HER ??? Well after looking for the past 30 years or so,either thing's are pretty darn Bleak, or she is waiting just around the next corner...

I'm single because I figure life is a journey to destinations unknown, therefore I don't know where the hell I'm going so it's a road I must travel alone. Always been that way, just seems plausible that it will always be that way.
 99% of the time I'm cool with that!

Because I have made to many mistakes and I have grown a little wiser. Life is full of learning experiences. Take what you have learned from past experiences and apply them into your next relationship.
Yes, one day I will meet the one who will take my breath away and sweep me off my feet. Who knows might just meet him right here on JSH.

I don't think in terms of single because anymore. I think in terms I am doing just fine the way I am and if some lucky guy comes along and finds all the good stuff so be it and if it doesn't happen I am very capable of giving myself a good life and enjoying the heck out of it.

I am single because all the guys I end up with are lying asses, who end of cheating on me, lying to me and then blowing me off. Simple as that....hoping to be proven wrong at some point in my life, but I won't hold my breath : /

I am single because after a 13+ year marriage we recently divorced. A damn shame. I guess love doesn't last forever. At least in this case.
