I keep quitting and going back to smoke,,
can anyone help, and let me know if I should quit quitting??

believe it or not most doctors will tell you, you will try quiting many times before you are able to actually quit.. in some cases not all, but if its something you really want then dont give up
|

Simple cure - smoke more, die faster. No more worries. Have a nice and peaceful day.

i know it sounds gross but i've had several friends that quit this way seriously, cold turkey, never even looked at another cigerette.
find the scummiest ashtray you got, while it's full. flip it over on a paper towel, pick out the 5 butts at the bottom......... and eat them...... garenteed you'll quit and never look back........ |

Morena -I quit for 7 yrs and likea dummy started back. I truly want to quit alsobut I seem to keep failing myself. The first time I quit cold turkey this time tho seems so tough. I wish you well-

chantix. im on it now. it works but you have to want to quit. its still hard but better with chantix.
